If we find ourselves ahead of schedule with all your tasks completed, we'll be ready to tackle any additional chores you might have in mind. Adaptive Rescheduling: We get it, plans change! If you find yourself needing to reschedule your cleaning session, no worries. Just give us a heads-up at least 2 business days in advance. This notice helps us rearrange our commitments while ensuring we can still serve you at a time that's more convenient for you.
Caught in a last-minute bind? If you're within the 2-day window, we're still here to accommodate. In such cases, we'll credit 50% of your deposit towards your rescheduled service. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively while still offering you flexibility. Remember, we're committed to making your cleaning experience stress-free and adaptable to your dynamic lifestyle.
