You will enjoy ChirpPerks with a bevy of bonuses, priority attention and special services and offers designed to elevate your experience.

It’s really hard to not spill the beans with all the details but I don’t want to ruin the surprises we have in store!  But you have my word, you will be pleased (if not blown away!)


An obvious questions is: how is this different than just paying for services as you go, where we come to clean and you pay for the visit?

What will the cleaning pros do each cleaning visit?

We'll take care of the tasks in the package you choose each and every visit. If you want any additional tasks on some or all visits, let us know and leave the rest to us.

Does the first visit cost more than the other visits?

Absolutely not! At ChirpChirp, all visits cost the same, regardless of whether it's the first, second, or any other visit.

Is the first visit different from the subsequent visits?

Yes, indeed! The first visit with any of our packages comes with a special touch: we go the extra mile by hand washing all the woodwork during the initial visit. Washing the woodwork adds that extra touch of excellence to make your home shine. From the second visit onwards, you'll continue to enjoy the comprehensive cleaning tasks included in your chosen package, all while experiencing the high level of care and attention to detail that we're proud to offer.

  • Simplified Billing: Say goodbye to multiple payments! With our flat rate price billed monthly, you'll receive one charge on your credit or debit card each month, including the first visit.

Are your Chirptastic solutions green?

Yes! Our Chirptastic products are indeed green. They are cleaner, safer, greener, better for everyone (people, pets, and the planet)!

How do I get my free cleaning visits?

ChirpChirp's ChirpPerks is a bonus bonanza for recurring customers that dishes out a whole month's worth of complimentary cleaning sessions sprinkled throughout the year. The more often you have us clean, the more free cleanings come your way.

Here's the scoop:

Go weekly and you are cleaned four times in most months. But when a month stretches to five weeks, that fifth one on us.

Bi-weekly?  Enjoy two sessions per month typically. Sneaky three-week months? No worries, the third one is our treat.

If you are on the schedule every 4 weeks, revel in one pristine performance eleven out of twelve months but the one where there's two cleanings, the second one is complimentary.
